Action: Foundation in Core Skills: Emphasizing the development of essential skills—reading, writing, and speaking—during the primary years, up to age 10, to build a strong educational foundation.

   - Social: Supports individual growth by allowing students to follow their interests, leading to a more engaged and fulfilled population.

   - Governance: Implements structured processes to guide students in choosing their paths, ensuring informed decisions that align with future job markets.

Action: Interest-Based Learning Pathways: From ages 10 to 16, students choose their educational path based on their interests, allowing for personalized and engaging learning experiences.

Action: Financial Support for Graduates: Providing each student with a financial grant of ₹5 to ₹10 lakh upon completion of their studies to kickstart their careers or entrepreneurial ventures.

   - Governance: Creates a self-sustaining financial model where alumni contribute back to the institution, ensuring long-term financial stability and reducing reliance on external funding.

Action: Sustainable Funding Model: Implementing a 1% contribution from each student's future earnings to sustain and expand the institution, fostering a cycle of giving back.

9. Innovative Research Wing (Environmental, Social, Governance): 

   - Environmental: Focuses on developing sustainable solutions that address environmental challenges, contributing to a greener planet.

   - Social: Advances social well-being by researching AI and other technologies that can solve common problems and improve quality of life.

Action: Innovative Research Wing: Establishing a dedicated research wing to develop solutions for global challenges, focusing on sustainability and advancements in artificial intelligence.
